What is Ureshino Onsen?
With a history of over 1,300 years since its founding, Ureshino Onsen is renowned as one of Japan's three great hot springs for beautiful skin. The spring water is a sodium bicarbonate chloride spring, with a pH between 7.5 and 8.5 and a water temperature between 85°C and 95°C. The "Onsen Yudofu" (hot spring tofu) made with this spring water has a unique texture and is a signature dish exclusive to Ureshino Onsen.
