Lobster Burger:
Made with imported mineral water and Japanese flour, the white bread bun is specially named the "Hot Spring Burger" for its round white shape. Buttered and then charcoal-grilled for a crispy, smooth exterior. The filling features half a fresh Boston lobster paired with Japanese mentaiko mayonnaise, baked together until 70-80% done, topped with healthy organic vegetables including mixed organic greens, onion, cucumber, and tomato - rich in layers of flavor and unforgettable.
Steak Burger:
Also using imported mineral water and Japanese flour, the elongated onion burger bun is repeatedly buttered and charcoal-grilled for a crispy, smooth exterior. The filling uses premium Taiwanese beef sirloin, marinated with special spices and charcoal-grilled, paired with healthy vegetables for a satisfying bite full of chewiness and unique flavor.
Hot Spring Cocktail:
The server first smokes the ceramic cup with applewood, filling it with aroma, then blends dried osmanthus, rum, lemon juice, and mead. The entire cocktail embodies Grand View Resort\'s signature elements of wood, stone, springs, and flowers. The spectacular tableside show adds summer fun to the Waterside Tea House experience.*Reservation Hotline: 02-2898-8888
