Soaking in hot springs is a physically demanding activity, so be careful not to lose too much water.
When first entering the pool, the temperature should not be too high - about 37°C. Once you have adjusted to the water temperature, move to a pool at 40°C. When you start to sweat, get out and let the breeze cool your body before re-entering the hot pool. When you feel yourself sweating again, get out and enter a cold water pool. When your body starts to feel warm in the cold water, get out immediately.
At this point, do some chest-expansion exercises. When your body temperature drops, re-enter the hot pool for about five minutes to complete the full bathing routine.
This bathing method helps the body expel unnecessary acidic substances and boosts metabolism.
