During the festival, periodic traffic controls and south-side road closures near Xinbeitou MRT Station will be in effect. The organizer recommends taking public transportation. Parade routes on the 22nd (10:30-11:30 AM) and 23rd (1:30-2:30 PM) will require traffic control at the Beitou Guangming Road and Zhongshan Road intersection; drivers should slow down as directed.
