During the Japanese colonial era, Beitou\'s hot springs were highly acclaimed by the Japanese, who expanded development and operations here, carrying on Japan\'s bathing culture. This not only revitalized Beitou\'s hot spring industry but also brought yukata into the spotlight. Wearing Japanese yukata for bathing is a tradition passed down from the colonial period to the present day, now an indispensable part of Beitou\'s culture. The beauty and historical significance of yukata continue to be inherited.

Specially invited Ms. Wang Jui-Yao, host of BCC\'s "Super Gourmet" show, as keynote speaker to introduce Beitou\'s nostalgic tavern cuisine and innovative wine-paired dishes.
